What Research On -Site Does

The Process

  1. The sponsor furnishes the exact details of the study in question.
  2. Research On-Site creates a data collection tool and a quality assessment process to meet the study requirements.
  3. A training module is developed for the investigators including an evaluation tool to ensure that the investigator fully understands the study.
  4. A primary investigator is identified and trained by our site manager.
  5. Additional investigators are identified.
  6. Patient recruitment is carried out utilizing our trained call center personnel.
  7. An intake visit is arranged and carried out for each participant.
  8. Follow-up visits are scheduled either in the clinic or in the home by our scheduling staff.
  9. Participants are contacted close to the scheduled evaluation to verify their availability.
  10. Follow-up data is collected and returned to the primary investigator to be reviewed by that physician and by our site manager.
  11. Data is collated and formatted according to the sponsor requirements and returned to the sponsor.
